Party in the Garden

I bought this skirt at Goodwill a few weeks ago, although it was several sizes too big and in need of some altering. I took it in a bit, and temporarily "hemmed" it with some safety pins. I love adding asymmetrical gathers to old skirts. It's such a fun and easy way to switch up a silhouette.
